training happened today. as always ~ it's the last this week (of 4 consecutive blistering trainings). well finally some rest. but i think i'll waste it on the comp since i'm like practically immobile noww DUE TO THIS GIGANTIC BLISTER THAT BURST ON MY FOOT. it hurts like crazy man. ughhhhhh! but what to do >: hmm today did a new triangle thingy! it was fun :B well at first, then it got faster and faster o-o quite messy but fun luh. i think we did that for .. 20 mins. or 10. something. then this ba zi then 2 attack one thing. we're supposed to play ard but my group just went straight for the hoop hahah. well. then 5 on 5. we had a pro senior in our team :D that's why we actually managed to score. okay the usual messiness. then blahblah went to da canteeeen slacked awhile~ got my letter (: and then went home top up concession and buy my own food ): well at least the chicken rice was nice (:

Woke up at like 6. Left house at 625. Rched sch at 7. Then shootshoot abit. Started warmup at 720? Regret not drinking water before that manzxc :/ Cos today da 1st hour damn draining and no water break until itsa over >: well. jiaolian say it's to train stamina~ hmm then aft water break 3 ppl kuai gong and 5v5. i reeeaaally dk what to do man. follow the formation? gahh ): then it started raining and we ended at abt 10 plusss.
