my ribs hurt. when i sneezed just now, i nearly died of pain. nah jk. but it hurts yknow. yepp and there was training tday too. luckiy its the last day of the week. can rest a bit before more training. and i srsly need to practise my crossover (?!?). whoever wants to pei wo please raise your hand (: ! yep that's it :D
